Hi there friends!
I hope you’re having a great weekend! Since it is the weekend, I’d like to ask you, do you have any favorite “weekend foods”? You know, those foods that we typically like to make and/or eat on the weekends.
One of my favorite “weekend foods” is burgers. Hamburgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers, bean burgers, basically any kind of burger makes my belly happy on the weekend. So, last night, I decided to go ahead and start off our weekend with burgers. My burger of choice was a Triple-Pepper Ranch Turkey Burger topped with seasoned, caramelized onions and chipotle sauce.
They were so yummy! It was like having one of those burgers that some of the casual-dining restaurants are known for…only minus the $9-12 price tag. In fact, the total cost for the dinner for 4 was less than the $9 for one burger at a restaurant. That would make anyone’s food budget happier, right?
Here’s how simple they are…
P.S. I’ll share the recipe for the chipotle sauce later. 🙂
Triple-Pepper Ranch Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Ranch Dip Mix or 1 packet ranch dip mix
- minced jalapenos (I use one pepper per burger)
- 1 teaspoon course black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- course salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 4 patties.
- Grill or cook to your preference.
